How to Allocate your Marketing Budget

Let’s talk MONEY – One of my favorite subjects! It’s always great to have a pre-determined budget for anything within your business, but it’s just as important to be flexible so you can adapt as needed. When you have a bunch of acronyms like KPI’s, ROI’s and CPAs a clear game-plan helps level the playing field; especially in today’s volatile market(s). So let’s jump right into today’s math lesson for our beloved Marketing Department.

Don't Budge

When you don’t budge(t), you’re all over the place! Ad-spends start going crazy and clients are asking for reporting that makes sense. Don’t worry… you can break your budget’s down per quart or per month based on your business (or client’s) operation. Today we’ll look at the budget in totality and then once we’re all done, you can break it down and apply it accordingly.

CRMs and CMSs that fit your company’s workflow are idea to keep up with tall the traffic. You’ll want to set aside a few bucks for software and tools such as these to streamline your marketing efforts.
